Which substrate do you use and can it be changed?
This SKU uses Spunlace non-woven. Spunlace, hot-air and wood-pulp substrates are all available; the choice affects loft, wet strength and unit cost, so we quote both options at sampling.
Can the sheet count and wipe size be changed?
Yes. Current specification is 60 / 80 sheets. Sheet count, wipe dimensions and canister or soft-pack format are set per order within the MOQ.
Does it work on baked-on grease in commercial kitchens?
Yes. Contact time and dilution for heavy carbonised grease differ from household use — tell us the application and we quote the commercial specification separately. On KI03 the stated specification covers soft-pack wipes for cooker hoods.
What is the MOQ for a private label order?
MOQ for this SKU is 1000 units. Mixed orders across the kitchen heavy oil range can reduce the effective minimum — ask us for a combined quote.
How long does sampling take?
Standard samples ship in 7 working days. If the fragrance, colour or viscosity needs development, add 5–10 working days for the lab round.
How does KI03 differ from KI01?
KI03 is a pre-saturated nonwoven wipe at 2.5% active matter in 60 / 80 sheets, cartoned 48 per carton. Kitchen Oil Cleaner (KI01) is a clear liquid at 5% active matter in custom fill volumes, cartoned 24 per carton. Choose KI03 for soft-pack wipes for cooker hoods; choose KI01 for stovetops.
