Can I start with only a product idea, without a formula or packaging design?
Yes. Tell us the market, the sales channel and the target retail price — we handle packaging design, bottle design and formula concentration. If you already know which product you want, or which of your current products needs manufacturing, that is enough to begin.
How long does sampling take, and do you charge for it?
Sampling is free. Our fastest sample was produced and dispatched within 2 days. Turnaround depends on how clear the brief is and how many revisions are needed.
How long does production take after the order is confirmed?
30 days from order confirmation to shipment for standard bulk orders. Smaller quantities move faster.
What happens between my inquiry and the first sample?
Which parts of the product can I customise?
Can liquids and tools go into the same gift box?
Yes. We size the box to the number and volume of items in the set, or adjust individual product dimensions to fit the box you want.
What export documents can you provide?
MSDS/SDS, COA, packing list, commercial invoice and certificate of origin, plus our ISO 9001, BSCI and GMP certificates. Tell us the destination and product category and we will confirm the exact list.

Made to your specification and sold under your brand. The default term in EU sourcing briefs.
White label
A product already in our range, branded and packed for you. The fastest route when the format is settled.
Own label
The same product carrying the retailer’s name instead of a national brand.
