Which substrate do you use and can it be changed?
This SKU uses Spunlace non-woven. Spunlace, hot-air and wood-pulp substrates are all available; the choice affects loft, wet strength and unit cost, so we quote both options at sampling.
Can the sheet count and wipe size be changed?
Yes. Current specification is 60 / 80 sheets. Sheet count, wipe dimensions and canister or soft-pack format are set per order within the MOQ.
Is it suitable for porcelain, ceramic and stainless fixtures?
Yes. The formula is specified for toilet bowls, cisterns, urinals and bathroom porcelain. On natural stone or unsealed surfaces, request the neutral-pH variant before committing. On TO04 the stated specification covers portable soft-pack wipes for toilet seats.
What is the MOQ for a private label order?
MOQ for this SKU is 1000 units. Mixed orders across the toilet range can reduce the effective minimum — ask us for a combined quote.
How long does sampling take?
Standard samples ship in 7 working days. If the fragrance, colour or viscosity needs development, add 5–10 working days for the lab round.
How does TO04 differ from TO01?
TO04 is a pre-saturated nonwoven wipe at 1.5% active matter in 60 / 80 sheets, cartoned 48 per carton. Toilet Cleaning Liquid (TO01) is an aqueous liquid at 2-5% active matter in 500 ml / 750 ml, cartoned 12 per carton. Choose TO04 for portable soft-pack wipes for toilet seats; choose TO01 for toilet bowls.
