Can the active matter level be adjusted for my market?
Yes. Active matter can be set anywhere between 2-5%, depending on your target price point and cleaning performance. Changing the level affects the CLP classification, so we reissue the SDS and label artwork with every formula revision.
Is this supplied ready to use or as a concentrate?
This SKU is supplied ready to use. If you need a concentrate for freight savings or a refill format, we can quote a separate dilution ratio and pack.
Is it suitable for porcelain, ceramic and stainless fixtures?
Yes. The formula is specified for toilet bowls, cisterns, urinals and bathroom porcelain. On natural stone or unsealed surfaces, request the neutral-pH variant before committing. On TO01 the stated specification covers toilet bowls.
What is the MOQ for a private label order?
MOQ for this SKU is 500 units. Mixed orders across the toilet range can reduce the effective minimum — ask us for a combined quote.
How long does sampling take?
Standard samples ship in 7 working days. If the fragrance, colour or viscosity needs development, add 5–10 working days for the lab round.
How does TO01 differ from TO02?
TO01 is an aqueous liquid at 2-5% active matter in 500 ml / 750 ml, cartoned 12 per carton. Toilet Cleaner Spray (TO02) is an aqueous liquid at 2.5% active matter in custom fill volumes, cartoned 24 per carton. Choose TO01 for toilet bowls; choose TO02 for toilet seats.
