Can the active matter level be adjusted for my market?
Yes. This formula runs at 20% active matter; we can develop a variant at a different level if your market needs it. Changing the level affects the CLP classification, so we reissue the SDS and label artwork with every formula revision.
Is this supplied ready to use or as a concentrate?
This SKU is supplied ready to use. If you need a concentrate for freight savings or a refill format, we can quote a separate dilution ratio and pack.
Is it suitable for both machine and hand wash?
Yes. Dosage differs between machine and hand wash — the label artwork we draft states both. For front-loaders we can adjust foaming control. On LA03 the stated specification covers underwear.
What is the MOQ for a private label order?
MOQ for this SKU is 1000 units. Mixed orders across the laundry liquid range can reduce the effective minimum — ask us for a combined quote.
How long does sampling take?
Standard samples ship in 7 working days. If the fragrance, colour or viscosity needs development, add 5–10 working days for the lab round.
How does LA03 differ from LA01?
LA03 is an aqueous liquid at 20% active matter in 500 ml, cartoned 24 per carton. Laundry Disinfectant Liquid (LA01) is an aqueous liquid at 12% active matter in 1 L / 2 L, cartoned 24 per carton. Choose LA03 for underwear; choose LA01 for laundry loads of towels.
