Can the active matter level be adjusted for my market?
Yes. This formula runs at 2% active matter; we can develop a variant at a different level if your market needs it. Changing the level affects the CLP classification, so we reissue the SDS and label artwork with every formula revision.
Is this supplied ready to use or as a concentrate?
This SKU is supplied ready to use. If you need a concentrate for freight savings or a refill format, we can quote a separate dilution ratio and pack.
Is it safe on sealed wood and leather?
Yes on sealed and finished surfaces. Always test on an inconspicuous area first. Unsealed wood and aniline leather need a different specification — tell us the material. On WD01 the stated specification covers sofa upholstery.
What is the MOQ for a private label order?
MOQ for this SKU is 1000 units. Mixed orders across the wood & furniture range can reduce the effective minimum — ask us for a combined quote.
How long does sampling take?
Standard samples ship in 7 working days. If the fragrance, colour or viscosity needs development, add 5–10 working days for the lab round.
How does WD01 differ from WD02?
WD01 is an emulsion at 2% active matter in custom fill volumes, cartoned 24 per carton. Wood Surface Care Spray (WD02) is an aqueous liquid at 5% active matter in custom fill volumes, cartoned 24 per carton. Choose WD01 for sofa upholstery; choose WD02 for wood furniture.
