Which substrate do you use and can it be changed?
This SKU uses Spunlace non-woven. Spunlace, hot-air and wood-pulp substrates are all available; the choice affects loft, wet strength and unit cost, so we quote both options at sampling.
Can the sheet count and wipe size be changed?
Yes. Current specification is 40 / 60 sheets. Sheet count, wipe dimensions and canister or soft-pack format are set per order within the MOQ.
Is it safe on sealed wood and leather?
Yes on sealed and finished surfaces. Always test on an inconspicuous area first. Unsealed wood and aniline leather need a different specification — tell us the material. On WD03 the stated specification covers soft-pack wipes for leather sofas.
What is the MOQ for a private label order?
MOQ for this SKU is 1000 units. Mixed orders across the wood & furniture range can reduce the effective minimum — ask us for a combined quote.
How long does sampling take?
Standard samples ship in 7 working days. If the fragrance, colour or viscosity needs development, add 5–10 working days for the lab round.
How does WD03 differ from WD01?
WD03 is a pre-saturated nonwoven wipe at 2% active matter in 40 / 60 sheets, cartoned 48 per carton. Fabric Sofa Cleaner (WD01) is an emulsion at 2% active matter in custom fill volumes, cartoned 24 per carton. Choose WD03 for soft-pack wipes for leather sofas; choose WD01 for sofa upholstery.
