Can the active matter level be adjusted for my market?
Yes. This formula runs at 2% active matter; we can develop a variant at a different level if your market needs it. Changing the level affects the CLP classification, so we reissue the SDS and label artwork with every formula revision.
Is this supplied ready to use or as a concentrate?
This SKU is supplied ready to use. If you need a concentrate for freight savings or a refill format, we can quote a separate dilution ratio and pack.
Is it safe for use inside appliances?
Yes, for the surfaces stated in the application table. Do not mix with other chemicals. SDS section 10 lists incompatible materials. On FR01 the stated specification covers refrigerator interiors.
What is the MOQ for a private label order?
MOQ for this SKU is 1000 units. Mixed orders across the fridge & drain range can reduce the effective minimum — ask us for a combined quote.
How long does sampling take?
Standard samples ship in 7 working days. If the fragrance, colour or viscosity needs development, add 5–10 working days for the lab round.
How does FR01 differ from FR02?
FR01 is a clear liquid at 2% active matter in custom fill volumes, cartoned 12 per carton. Drain Cleaning Liquid (FR02) is an aqueous liquid at 1.5% active matter in 500 ml / 1 L, cartoned 12 per carton. Choose FR01 for refrigerator interiors; choose FR02 for bathroom and kitchen drain pipes.
