Which substrate do you use and can it be changed?
This SKU uses Spunlace non-woven. Spunlace, hot-air and wood-pulp substrates are all available; the choice affects loft, wet strength and unit cost, so we quote both options at sampling.
Can the sheet count and wipe size be changed?
Yes. Current specification is 40 / 60 sheets. Sheet count, wipe dimensions and canister or soft-pack format are set per order within the MOQ.
Will it affect the garment's original finish?
The formula is specified for the garment type named in the application table. On delicate or coated fabrics, request a sample and test before bulk. On LS02 the stated specification covers ready-to-use wipes for washing machine drums.
What is the MOQ for a private label order?
MOQ for this SKU is 1000 units. Mixed orders across the laundry special range can reduce the effective minimum — ask us for a combined quote.
How long does sampling take?
Standard samples ship in 7 working days. If the fragrance, colour or viscosity needs development, add 5–10 working days for the lab round.
How does LS02 differ from LS01?
LS02 is a pre-saturated nonwoven wipe at 1.5% active matter in 40 / 60 sheets, cartoned 48 per carton. Down Jacket Cleaning Foam (LS01) is a foam at 1.5% active matter in custom fill volumes, cartoned 100 per carton. Choose LS02 for ready-to-use wipes for washing machine drums; choose LS01 for down jackets.
