Can the active matter level be adjusted for my market?
Yes. This formula runs at 1.5% active matter; we can develop a variant at a different level if your market needs it. Changing the level affects the CLP classification, so we reissue the SDS and label artwork with every formula revision.
Is this supplied ready to use or as a concentrate?
This SKU is supplied ready to use. If you need a concentrate for freight savings or a refill format, we can quote a separate dilution ratio and pack.
Will it affect the garment's original finish?
The formula is specified for the garment type named in the application table. On delicate or coated fabrics, request a sample and test before bulk. On LS01 the stated specification covers down jackets.
What is the MOQ for a private label order?
MOQ for this SKU is 1000 units. Mixed orders across the laundry special range can reduce the effective minimum — ask us for a combined quote.
How long does sampling take?
Standard samples ship in 7 working days. If the fragrance, colour or viscosity needs development, add 5–10 working days for the lab round.
How does LS01 differ from LS02?
LS01 is a foam at 1.5% active matter in custom fill volumes, cartoned 100 per carton. Washing Machine Cleaner Wipes (LS02) is a pre-saturated nonwoven wipe at 1.5% active matter in 40 / 60 sheets, cartoned 48 per carton. Choose LS01 for down jackets; choose LS02 for ready-to-use wipes for washing machine drums.
